As CEO of CeWe Color, Dr. Rolf Hollander is responsible for fifteen international photo-finishing operations in Europe, Head of 3.000 employees with a turnover of 400 million Euro, producing 2,8 million photographs and more than 1 million CEWE COLOR PHOTOBOOKS.
Dr. Hollander joined CeWe Color in 1986. He has held multiple positions during his tenure at the company, including Member and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Management of the Neumüller CeWe Color Foundation, Chairman of the Board of Management for CeWe Color Holding AG.
Before joining CeWe Color, Dr. Hollander worked as a management consultant, project manager and manager at A.T. Kearney Management Consultants. Additionally, he is Member of the Board of the German Photo Industry Association (Photoindustrieverband), Vice-Chairman of the Board of the BGL (Bundesverband der Photo-Grosslaboratorien e.V.) (German Federation of Whole-Sales Photofinishing labs) and Member of the Advisory Board of Vierol AG, Oldenburg, Germany.
Dr. Hollander has spoken at numerous conferences throughout his career. He has addressed a number of market and corporate topics including, corporate management, personal management, investor relations, marketing, logistics and the photo industry.
Dr. Hollander attended Hamburg University where he earned his M.B.A. in 1976 and his PhD. in Economics in 1979. While at Hamburg University, he was a scientific assistant, logistics consultant and assistant lecturer for the General Business Administration and Logistics course.
With over 15 years of research and engineering experience, Dr. Reiner Fageth serves as CTO of CeWe Color, overseeing the company’s daily operations of the technical, research and development divisions. He has been on the Board of Management for CeWe Color Holding AG since January of 2007 and has served as the managing director of Neumüller CeWe Color Stiftung for five years.
Over the past decade, Dr. Fageth has held a number of different positions within CeWe, including assistant technology director, managing director and chairman of its subsidiary, CeWe Digital GmbH. His responsibilities have included research and development, production of prints from digital cameras and their transfer via the Internet. In addition, he was the commissarial technical manager for eight of CeWe’s French production plants and an international technical key account manager.
Prior to CeWe, Dr. Fageth was head of hardware and software development at Metec GmbH, a mid-size company that develops automation systems based on image processing technology. His previous roles include project engineer for image processing at Fuzzy Logic and external UNIX lecturer at the University for applied sciences in Heilbronn, Germany.
Dr. Fageth has spoken at several industry events including PMA, DIMA, Infotrends, Electronic Imaging and the International Conference on Multimedia. He has written 27 discussion papers since 1990. Among his most notable works are Attracting Digital Files for Wholesale Finishing Labs, Applied Image Science: From Consumers’ Digital Files to Tangible Products and Consumer Friendly Photo Book Software.
Dr. Fageth earned his Doctorate degree at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle, UK. He attended the University of Stuttgart, Germany for undergraduate studies where he received a degree in Electronics. Dr. Fageth is fluent in German, English and French.
As vice president of CeWe Color, Ludger Jungeblut brings a wealth of strategic expertise to the overall e-commerce activity within CeWe and oversees ongoing research and development of the Internet business.
Over the past decade, Jungeblut has held a number of positions within CeWe, including assistant of the board, general manager and vice president. As assistant of the board, his responsibilities have included logistics, controlling and business development. Since 2000, his focus has been on the Internet business.
Jungeblut developed several concepts for addressing customer expectations in both digital printing and photo gift businesses, and introduced them to the consumer market. These services, in addition to many products which he constructed, have become industry standards. Earlier in his career, Jungeblut worked as a project manager in the ERP department (SAP) for Daimler and as a management consultant and project manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he focused on the business process re-engineering and SAP.
Jungeblut holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Paderborn, Germany. He is fluent in German, English and French.
Dominic Brezinski was appointed general manager of CeWe Color, USA, in the fall of 2007. He is responsible for overseeing all daily activities within the country, including the coordination of business development, marketing and the optimization of CeWe’s U.S. Web site. As the lead manager on the U.S. project team, Brezinski introduced SmileBooks to the U.S. market, while establishing a local sales team dedicated to the United States.
At CeWe Color, Oldenburg, Germany, Brezinski led the technical development of the online photo Web services and customization of the desktop software for CeWe’s largest French clients, including France Loisirs and Carrefour. In late 2007, he became the technical coordinator for CeWe’s U.K. division, acting as a liaison between CeWe headquarters and their labs in France and the U.K.
Prior to CeWe, Brezinski worked for Klaus Resch Verlag KG, the leading publishing house, in graduate recruitment publications and graduate marketing. There he also held positions in IT infrastructure and development, and was responsible for a virtual 3D online job fair and an affiliate program for universities. Before that, he served at the chair of Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann (public, security and Internet law) at the University of Passau, Germany and held roles as a project manager for several e-learning ventures for jurists.
While in school, Brezinski ran his own IT services company which focused on telephone systems, Web and domain hosting. In 2003, he received an MBA from the University of Passau, Germany. Brezinski is fluent in German, English, French and Italian.
