Nothing but good things to say about Smilebooks..Quality of the books is superior, software a breeze to use, and the kind of customer support that many companies could take a lesson from when dealing with clients. I have done 16 books so far and another in progress. This doesn't include books I have helped others set up. My favorite is the lay flat on silver halide paper, but I still use the 12x12 on digital paper for some larger projects that I don't want to do do in multiple volumes. When people ask me whose books I use..I happily tell them I use the best..Smilebooks!

SmileBooks is such a great product! I have done two albums and am working on my third.
There were some problems with the second book but the staff worked so hard to make it right, keeping me informed by email through the whole process, and finally sending me a book with no errors. It is very rare to experience such great customer service.
The product itself is of the highest quality - the pages of the book are good quality paper and the cover and binding are very sturdy. The pictures come out right and clear. I looked at many photo book web sites before I selected SmileBooks. I felt they had the most to offer and I am extremely happy with my decision.
