SmileBooks is such a great product! I have done two albums and am working on my third. There were some problems with the second book but the staff worked so hard to make it right, keeping me informed by email through the whole process, and finally sending me a book with no errors. It is very rare to experience such great customer service. The product itself is of the highest quality - the pages of the book are good quality paper and the cover and binding are very sturdy. The pictures come out bright and clear. I looked at many photo book web sites before I selected SmileBooks. I felt they had the most to offer and I am extremely happy with my decision.

We all take pictures, if you are like our family lots and lots of pictures, there are thousands of pictures on my hard drive. Just waiting to be looked at, shown to parents, grandparents, friends and family. Most have been online and played with different album products with mixed results. You check out one then the other and then you give up….I discovered CEWE in Norway this summer; a friend had made an album for his mother’s birthday. The finished product was amazing. Back in the US I was very excited to find SmileBooks, an even better version than the Norwegian product. The results are very good as long as you keep “the face green”. I have made several albums so far and been very satisfied. Keep up the good work.

I have seen advertisements by many stores, such as *** about their photo books, and was not really impressed, so I went on line and downloaded the popular ones such as ***, which are all good, but very limited to what you can do or add, then I downloaded SmileBooks.
Let me tell you, I was amazed at all the freedom that I had with the backgrounds, pictures, colors, downloads, text, and placement of everything. There are so many features that you can do with this program, and I was not limited to just what was downloaded with the program, I was able to create my own designs and use them. The one feature that is a great help is the little green smile face which gives you confidence that your pictures will be crisp and clear. If you are looking for a photobook program, please try this one and your search will be over.

I made a Deluxe SmileBook for my mom's 70th Surprise Birthday party. It was fun and easy to do and exceeded my greatest expectations! I received it and was so happy at the way it turned out! It was just beautiful! Beautiful cover, big pages with the pictures done perfectly! My mom was so happy and said it was something she will keep on her coffee table for all to see always! In a couple of months I will be doing my daughter's baby shower using Smilebook. However, my daughter just finished 3 books on Smilebook---Her wedding album, (2) copies and one for her mother-in-law. She was so happy with the books. I had given her the website after researching online...I had had trouble trying to do mine so I used another site. After seeing hers, I decided to have another go at it and am so thankful for the help that I received. I can't wait to do my next book. I want to spread a picture over 2 pages like the example you have online. Your layouts are the best I have seen. I just wanted to write and let you know that our photobooks arrived yesterday. The delay was on the part of the post office, and when the package finally arrived, the box was placed in a plastic bag with a note from the post office that they were sorry for the damage incurred during handling. The box was wet and crushed on one side and I was very concerned as to the condition of the books.
I needn't have worried, because CEWE had packaged the books in such a way that they arrived unharmed. The books themselves look wonderful and are exactly what we had wanted. The colors are crisp and clear and the photos printed very well. Even creating the books was easy and fast. We had used several different programs and found CEWE's to be the most user-friendly by far. We are extremely happy with the quality of the finished product and will definitely use your company again and will refer our friends to you as well.
I would also like to thank you for the extra assistance you lended in our unusual situation. I have used many photobook websites and software, but CEWE’s product surpasses them all. The program is easy to use and practically does the work for you.
