Ordering a SmileBook



How do I order a SmileBook (CEWE PHOTO BOOK)?

To order your SmileBook click on the »Order now!« button. You will be asked to save your SmileBook. After saving the shopping cart is displayed. The shopping cart displays all prices. At the bottom you will see the total amount of your order including shipping & handling. If you want to create another SmileBook click on »Add more books«. To start the order process click on the button »Start order proces«. A price update follows to make sure the software displays the correct prices. A new windowcontaining the order dialogue will open. Please follow the instructions. If you are a registered user please log into your account.  Your SmileBook will be placed into the shopping cart. When you have entered all data your SmileBook is transmitted to the CEWE production servers. Depending on the number and size of you images and the bandwidth of your internet connection this might take some minutes. Please do not disconnect your internet connection during the entire order process. If your order was successful, the software will display an order confirmation in the software. In order to track your order or if you need to talk to customer care you should print this information. In addition you will get an order confirmation via email shortly after your order has been submitted.

 

 

 

 

How do I know if my order was successful?

If your was successful the software displays an order confirmation page in the software. In order to track your order or if you need to talk to customer care you should print this information. The order number is especially important when requesting any information regarding your SmileBook. You will alsoreceive an order confirmation via email shortly after your order has been submitted. This email includes all details of your order.

 

 

 

 

What are the production and shipping times?

Production time for SmileBooks is usually 2 - 5 working days, depending on the cover type and binding of your SmileBook. Shipping time for all types of SmileBooks is usually 6 - 10 working days. All times are dependent on carriers.
