Step 1

Once your software has been installed, start the software, select the book size and wait for the SmileBooks assistant to open.

Start the creation process by double-clicking on the "SmileBooks" icon. First select the book size, click on "Create." The SmileBooks photo book assistant will now open. The assistant will enable you to create a customized book according to your wishes in just a few easy steps. The resulting book can be further altered manually so that you end up with the perfect book. For those customers who wish to create a book from scratch, just click on "Create a SmileBook without the Assistant" and you will proceed to the blank photo book.

Step 2

Select the cover type and number of pages you'd like for your photo book. Simply drag & drop your images into the SmileBooks image editor. Finding the pictures you want to use is easy. Just select them from the illustrated list on the left-hand side of the screen and drag & drop them onto the white area to the right.

Step 3

The SmileBooks photo book assistant will automatically compile a book using our auto-fill feature.

You can also delete images from the selection by marking them and clicking on the button at the lower right corner of the white field. Once you have selected all the images for your book, simply click on "Create SmileBook" and the SmileBooks photo book assistant will generate your customized book almost instantly.

Step 4

Your SmileBooks photo book will appear in the editor. You can now make adjustments to the book: swap images, change backgrounds, rotate images, add text, change layouts, edit the images or add frames. Once you have finished, go to the preview to review the book page by page. Once you are completely satisfied with your SmileBooks photo book, click on "Order now."

Step 5

Check that the order in your shopping cart is correct and then click on "Start order process." The price will be updated and then you will be asked to log in to the system in order to place your order. Please note that you will need an active Internet connection in order to place an order.
