    Hi,
    Thanks for picking me but I am a bit confused. I received the t-shirt in the mail the other day but there wasn’t any coupon for the actual smile book. Is that coming separately or is there some sort of log-in procedure/credit directly on the website?

    I’m so sorry! I sent out all the coupon codes by mail to everyone excepting the three $75 winners. So you, Lindsay and Rachel will be getting your codes by mail today. Mea culpa! Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention!

    I sent out the coupons to you, Tara and Rachel on the 30th September but the mail might have landed in your spam folder or just gone astray. I’ve now resent the mail (or rather, just replied to the mail you sent me in August) and if you didn’t get it, please let me know.
